Avia Traffic airline provides various types of certificates regarding its own flights.

The fee applies when a certificate confirms a single flight for one passenger or the cost of a single journey. For round-trip or transfer fares, the certificate is likewise issued per person.
A certificate for a passenger under 2 years old is issued free of charge when requested together with the accompanying adult passenger's certificate.
Individuals may request certificates only for their own flights or flights of those they officially represent. Legal entities may request certificates for employees upon confirmation of employment.
Request is sent on legal entity's letterhead with manager's signature and organization seal. Request must indicate:
Certificate is issued on airline's letterhead, certified by chief accountant's signature. Certificate has no expiration date and is suitable for presentation where required, including for confirming flight fact in accounting.
