Limited Liability Company "Paksi", hereinafter referred to as "Agent", offers any individual, hereinafter referred to as "Client", paid services for selling tickets and related services on the Internet (hereinafter - Services).

This offer, based on part 2 of Article 398 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, is a public offer (hereinafter - Agreement), full and unconditional acceptance of which in accordance with Article 399 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic is considered the Client's conclusive actions - registration, searching, booking and purchasing Tickets in the Agent's system located on the Agent's Website.

1.1. Agent's Website - website located at aviatraffic.kg on the Internet, where Clients are provided with information for concluding and executing this Agreement, and official Agent documents are published.

1.2. Global Distribution System (GDS) - ticket booking and sales systems used by airlines.

1.3. Booking - preliminary ticket reservation for selected route and dates, assigned to the Client at a specific cost.

1.4. Air Ticket - electronic document confirming the conclusion of a passenger air transportation contract.

2.1. Client is responsible for correctness of entered data, including matching passenger data with their passport data. In case of passenger personal data changes, ticket reissue at current fares is required.

2.2. Tickets are considered purchased by the Client from the moment the Agent sends the e-ticket (itinerary receipt) to the email specified by the Client during booking.

2.3. By paying for tickets on the Agent's website, the Client confirms familiarity and agreement with fare application rules presented during booking.

2.4. Client must independently clarify information about baggage and carry-on allowances, as well as necessary documents for entry to destination or transit country.

3.1. When paying by bank card, the Agent has the right to request confirming documents from the Client (for example, copy of passport and card front side with covered part of number) to prevent fraud.

3.2. Agent has the right to send informational messages to the Client related to provided Services.

3.3. Price information on the website is informational until booking confirmation.

3.4. Agent reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement, and the Client must independently track such changes.

4.1. Ticket exchange and refund is carried out in accordance with airline fare rules. To process, contact Agent support service.

4.2. When canceling transportation, refund is made according to fare conditions. In some cases, refund may be prohibited.

4.3. Ticket exchange and refund services are paid and charged according to rates established by the Agent.

4.4. In case of forced ticket refund, service is provided without additional fee, except for payment system commission.

5.1. Agent is not responsible for ticket price changes before their payment and issuance.

5.2. Client is responsible for preserving booking information and independently monitors their order status.

6.1. Client consents to receiving informational and advertising messages from the Agent.

6.2. Client agrees to processing and storage of their personal data for purposes of executing this Agreement.

7.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7.2. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached - in court at the Agent's location.

7.3. Invalidity of any provision of the Agreement does not entail invalidity of other provisions.
