The service is currently available at the airline. From 01 May 2026 updated conditions and fares are introduced.

All UMNR requests made before 01 May 2026 are carried under the old terms — free of charge.
From 01.05.2026
New fares
Requests made from 01 May 2026 are processed under the new fares (see below).
Eligibility
- Applies to international flights
- Does not apply to domestic flights on the Bishkek – Osh – Bishkek route

Booking — offline only
Tickets for the Unaccompanied Minor service can be purchased only offline and only at the airline's official representative offices. An agreement is signed in several copies.
