Ticket refunds are issued exclusively to the card used for the original purchase.

Please include your website order number, PNR, and the name of the passenger(s) for whom you are requesting the refund.
Please submit your refund request in advance, as processing takes between 4 and 48 hours from the time of your request.
Please note that not all tickets are eligible for a refund. Certain restrictions apply depending on the fare rules.
Refund processing fee is 1000 som per ticket, regardless of flight. In addition to this fee, you may be charged a penalty according to the purchased ticket fare rules.
Commission fee and other fees (airports, airlines) are not refunded when refunding tickets.
Currently, you can find out the refund amount by contacting us at the details above. As our platform is still in beta, we plan to launch an automatic online refund feature soon, allowing you to calculate the refund amount yourself.
Please note that refunds to your card may take 5 to 30 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
If you have not received funds on the card used for the purchase, you may submit a payment trace request at the contacts above, but only after the 30-day period has elapsed.
