Refunds — strictly at the place of purchase
A ticket can only be refunded where it was purchased. An online purchase is also a place of purchase — that is, the specific website where the ticket was bought.
Where is the place of purchase shown? Read your itinerary receipt carefully — it usually states where the ticket was purchased.

QR code on the receiptIf your itinerary receipt has a QR code, the ticket was bought from us. The refund is processed online in a few steps:
- 1 Find the QR code on your itinerary receipt.
- 2 Scan the QR code — your order will open on the website.
- 3 At the bottom of the order page, click the «Make a refund» button.
- 4 Follow the system prompts — it will guide you through every step of the refund.
Ticket bought elsewhere
If there is no QR code on the receipt, or the ticket was bought on another website, at an agency or a ticket office — contact that place of purchase. The refund procedure there may differ.
Refund conditions
- Not every ticket can be refunded — restrictions apply depending on the fare rules.
- Funds are returned only to the card used for the payment.
- Commission and other fees (airports, airlines) are not refunded.
- A refund to your card takes 5 to 30 business days — the period depends on the card-issuing bank.
