Baggage and Carry-on
When checking in passengers for regular international and domestic flights, the following standards apply:
Main Rules
- The carrier establishes a specific free baggage and carry-on allowance, as well as the cost of excess baggage.
- Passengers must present all items for weighing. Exceptions:
- Book, magazine, newspaper
- Medications, personal hygiene items
- Ladies' handbag or folder
- Folding wheelchair for passengers with disabilities
- Briefcase/portfolio
- Personal camera and video equipment
- Laptop
- Baggage and carry-on are weighed separately. Excess baggage is charged at established rates.
- Carry-on dimensions must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm, and weight - 5 kg. Without checked baggage, carry-on up to 8 kg is allowed (with payment for excess weight).
- Free carry-on allowance is determined separately and is not included in the free baggage allowance weight.
- Free allowances are indicated on the passenger's ticket.
- Combining free baggage and carry-on allowances is prohibited.
Restrictions
Free allowances do not apply to:
- Oversized baggage larger than 50 x 50 x 100 cm
- Household and office equipment exceeding carry-on allowance
- Flowers, plants and food greens exceeding carry-on allowance
- Sports equipment (except as specified in the rules)
- Animals, except guide dogs
Sports Equipment
Sports equipment is accepted as a separate piece of baggage. Standards and conditions:
- Ski equipment: skis, poles, boots
- Snowboard: board, boots, helmet, goggles
- Hockey equipment: gear and sticks
- Golf equipment: clubs and gear
- Bicycles: packed in special film or box
Baby Strollers
Baby strollers weighing up to 10 kg are transported free of charge and weighed at check-in. Strollers for children under 5 years are accepted in addition to baggage allowance.
Please note: free stroller transportation applies only when used for child transportation and without factory packaging.
Weight Control
Maximum weight per piece of baggage is 32 kg. Items exceeding this limit will not be accepted for transport.
Carry-on and baggage weights are not combined. Excess baggage is charged separately.
