  • Total price

Avia Traffic Company reserves the right to change the Rules without notice, and new Rules come into effect from the moment they are posted on the website.

Important Information

  • The passenger is responsible for the correctness of passport data entry.
  • Last name, first name and document number are entered in Latin letters as indicated in the international passport or other document.
  • Please note the payment currency selection (RUB or SOM) in the upper right corner of the website.
  • The "Customer" contact details must be filled in.

Contract Document

The itinerary receipt received when issuing an e-ticket confirms the conclusion of a contract between the passenger and Avia Traffic Company. If you did not receive the receipt by email, check the ticket through the menu "Your Flight > Manage Booking", indicating the booking code or ticket number and passenger's last name.

Payment Methods

  • Bank card: select the "Pay by bank card" option. Payment is processed through a system supporting VISA, MasterCard and other cards.

Payment Rules

When selecting payment, the booking time limit is set automatically. Payment of fares and fees in foreign currency on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is made in som at the NBKR rate.

In case of payment delay, the airline reserves the right to suspend the ticket and request payment confirmation from the passenger at the specified contacts.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive confirmation with a booking code and e-ticket number. Confirmation will be sent to the email specified during booking, with an attached PDF receipt. Electronic receipt will be available for download within 24 hours.
